Like a very wise and influential fire chief has said, "A leader of one can one day lead many, but if you cannot lead one you could never lead any."

These are words of wisdom that should be shared throughout the ranks in all departments but most importantly in your daily life, because without leaders and great innovative thinkers, where would we be?

With that being said, who are we?

We are an innovative way for Emergency Services Professionals to interact, share ideas, learn and train. We are inspired by those who came before us and built a path for us share our knowledge and experiences with the rest of the emergency services world, where life experiences and training come together. We live by one motto not just in emergency service but in life: "Excellence is a Habit. Not a Goal".
